Live Screen Recording
Record your screen while performing the workflow with the Chrome extension.

Click Start Recording. A dialog will ask you to choose what to share.

Select the Entire Screen tab and choose your monitor, then click Share.

Perform your workflow. Walk through the process as you normally would. A floating overlay shows the recording timer and controls.

When finished, click Stop Recording on the overlay, then Save Recording.

The platform will begin analyzing your video. You will receive an email when processing is complete and the AI interview is ready.
Tips for a Great Recording
Narrate as you go. Explain why you do each step, not just what you click. Mention workarounds, exceptions, and decisions you make along the way — this is what distinguishes a useful SOP from a basic screen recording.
Keep recordings under 30 minutes. For longer workflows, break them into multiple shorter sessions. Long recordings may fail to upload.
You can use the overlay to pause and resume the recording at any time, and even draw on your screen to highlight specific areas of the workflow.
