Troubleshooting & Support
Common issues and how to resolve them.
| Issue | What to Do | If That Doesn't Work |

| Chrome extension not detected | Click the install link, add to Chrome, and refresh the page (may need to refresh twice). | Close and reopen the browser tab. |
| Video upload fails | Check that the file is under 2GB and in MP4, WEBM, or MOV format. | Compress or convert the video, then retry. |
| Deliverables not generating | Make sure you clicked "Complete Interview". Generation can take 5–20 minutes. | If stuck for 1–2 hours, click Regenerate. |
| Regenerate also fails | Contact support via your Slack/Teams channel or email. | — |
| SOP output is inaccurate | Add context in the session chat and click Regenerate, or edit directly in the editor. | Re-doing the full interview is rarely needed. |
| AI asks irrelevant questions | Tell the AI to skip the question or redirect. The interview is conversational. | — |
| Architect analysis seems wrong | Check analysis settings (labor rates, instructions). Re-run with updates. | Contact support. |
