Opportunities

The Opportunities tab delivers a ranked list of improvement opportunities derived from all documented processes. Each opportunity includes:

  • Type — Automation, standardization, integration, error reduction, or optimization.
  • Hours per week saved and FTEs involved.
  • Estimated annual savings based on your configured labor rate.
  • Time to value — how long implementation would take.

Click into any opportunity to see the justification, linked SOP, process dependencies, and (coming soon) a full implementation specification that details the steps required to build the improvement.

You can filter opportunities by department, view them in a graph comparing savings vs. time to value, and export the full dataset as Excel or CSV.

Transformation Roadmap

The Roadmap tab builds a phased implementation plan based on the gap analysis and opportunities. It includes:

  • Process maturity ratings — How mature each documented process is.
  • Disposition strategies — Retain & automate, improve, replace, or retire.
  • Implementation phases — Quick wins, foundational enablers, major redesigns, system replacements, and end-state opportunities.
  • Process strategies — For each workflow, a detailed transformation thesis with gap analysis, key pain points, justification, strategic scores, and confidence levels with citations.

Use the Provide Feedback option to tell the AI what was missing or where to focus next. The feedback loop improves results on each subsequent analysis run.
